When it’s summertime, we like to go to the beach and we don’t feel like being locked up in a concert hall. What if it were possible to bring the beach onto the stage? What if babies could have a tiny safe sea, right there between the musicians and the dancer? Buckets, balls and rackets replace saxophones and accordion, so we can all immerse ourselves in improvisations fragrant with the sea air. Well, there’s always the risk of filling your shoes and diapers with sand, but nothing that a nice warm bath at home can’t completely solve. Music on tarrafa beach is going to be so good. Don’t you know what a tarrafa is?!
